No. As authorised channel partners, we are compensated directly by the developer from their marketing budget. You will never pay us a brokerage or consultation fee. The price you see is the price the developer offers — no inflation.
How quickly do you respond? +
A team member responds within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Urgent enquiries (e.g. ready-to-move inventory with limited units) are usually returned the same business day.
I'm an NRI — can you still help? +
Yes. About 22% of our families are NRI buyers across UAE, Singapore, the UK and the US. We have a dedicated NRI desk that handles power-of-attorney, FEMA compliance, virtual site visits, and remote registration.
Can you help with home loans? +
Yes. We have empanelled relationships with HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis and Kotak. Most of our families close their loan within 14 working days. We do not earn a referral fee — you get the best rate available.
What if I just want to learn more before committing? +
That is the most common reason families call us. About 40% of our consultations are exploratory — no purchase planned. We are happy to share the market context, walk you through corridors, and help you understand the landscape. No pressure, ever.
